Stand packages
We strongly recommend that you consult with us regarding stand selection at our expos. With our vast experience and expertise, we are able to offer you the best advice and guidance in selecting a stand size, configuration and location that will work the best for you.
Prices
There are many options in stand sizes. Please see our 2010 Rate Card for pricing options and sizes available.
Serviced stand
Each serviced stand comes with a standard package of walls, carpet, power, lighting and name sign(s). The service stands are unfurnished. If any furniture / shelving, etc is required this will either need to be hired or provided by the individual exhibitor.
Unserviced stand
Open space bookings are for floor space only and excludes walling, carpet, power, lighting and signage. We can assist you with custom stand build supplier contacts if required.
Stand Configuration
Subject to change, stand configuration illustrations below are to be used as a guide only.
Corner Stand
The most common configuration of stand type is a corner stand (i.e.: open on 2 sides, with access to 2 directional traffic flow). This gives you excellent exposure to passing traffic on 2 aisle ways, as well as ensuring that there is adequate space for multiple visitors to enter at the same time and for visitors with prams to have good access to your stand.
Serviced corner stand only
- Walls 2.35m high - size 2 x 2m / 3 x 2m / 3 x 3m
- 2 x name boards 275mm high x width of stand
- 1 or 2 x 150 watt spotlights - 1 x 10amp power point
Peninsula Stand
We have a limited number of peninsula stands (i.e.: open on 3 sides, with access to 3 directional traffic flows). This configuration provides increased exposure to passing traffic and pram access.
Serviced penisula stand only
- Walls 2.35m high - size 6 x 2m / 6 x 3m
- Name boards 275mm high x width of stand
- 1 or 2 x 150 watt spotlights - 1 x 10amp power point
Island Stand
There is very limited availabilty on Island stands (e.g: open on all 4 sides; minimum sizing is 6m x 6m). Suitable for exhibitors who wish to display a number of product ranges on the one booth and are seeking more exposure than corner and penisuala stands provide.
Serviced Island stand only
- Walls 2.35m high x selected width
- Name boards 275mm high x width of stand
- 6 x 150 watt spotlights - 1 x 10amp power point
Aisleway Stand
Only a few Aisleway stands exist at each Expo venue and there is only one size available - 3 x 1.5m. These Aisleway stands are open at the front of the stand only. Please note that these stands can be restrictive in terms of ease of access for visitors with prams.

- Walls 2.35m high - size 3m wide x 1.5m deep
- Name boards 275mm high x width of stand
- 1 x 150 watt spotlights - 1 x 10amp power point
