Exhibiting options

Even if you have never participated in an expo before, it would be difficult to come away from our expo without generating new business - after all, consumers come to you!  Whatever your objectives in participating in the Pregnancy Babies & Children's Expo, our experienced expert staff are always available to assist with your planning & preparation.

Leading up to each expo:

We can offer advice on all elements of your expo experience:

  • selection of optimum booth size and location
  • the layout & design of your stand for maximum appeal & usage
  • creating an engaging & effective experience with your consumers
  • calculating the number of handouts to print
  • forecasting required stock levels
  • staffing needs & training
  • freight and transport requirements
  • and even local accommodation

But there's one thing we don't do which is just as important. We don't send you an enormously large exhibitor manual and expect you to adhere to a huge number of rules. We keep it very simple - just a few pages of very logical requirements designed to make it easy for you & safe and enjoyable for our visitors.

New for 2011/2012, are our Successful Exhibiting coaching sessions, conducted in each market 2-3 weeks prior to each Expo.  An excellent face-to-face opportunitity to gain some of the tips & advice we've learnt from our 21 years in business, particularly helpful if you are new to exhibiting.  Even if you've been on the Expo circuit for years, we find that many exhibitors have new staff that will benefit from these coaching sessions, and of course, they are great for a refresher with existing staff too.  Please feel free to book your reps or other local staff that you'll be using on the Expo floor into these.
